Has anyone used PhpBB forums before and can tell me how to remove the PhpBB logo and replace it with your own?

Just swap out the image with your own, though it's easier if it's the same size (otherwise you may have to tweak the css). Assuming PHPBB 3, the file is located in styles -> prosilver -> imageset -> site_logo.gif. If it's PHPBB 2, templates -> subSilver -> images -> logo_phpBB.gif.
