Pic Collage

What's the rule for using, for example, pictures from PicCollage for commercial videos? I have some amazing ideas for a few videos I've been commissioned to create - but I don't want to violate any terms of use.

Using other peoples work will land you in trouble. Only takes one person to see it, before they fire a cease and desist at you.
