Pic included: getting rid of itunes preview box when playing new song

Ok I think I touched a certain setting and can't get the setting to go away. Now when I play a new song, movie, podcast, etc... a 3d box pops up with the artist picture, song title and rating. I can't get it to go away!!! Anyone have a clue how to get rid of it.

That's not coming from iTunes; it's some sort of third party app. Quicksilver, maybe? Something you have installed is being told to display the currently playing song.

hmmm good point. i'll check out quicksilver since i have the running.

edit: u are right! quit qs and the thing stopped.
