Show's you how big the 14" ibook really is considering it is still only 1024 x 768 resolution...

It's the view, I think. Flip the screen up a little further and it won't look as wide. Just my best guess...

I like the white 'books, though (whatever the name for the color is), wish they made my PB in white.

My bets are on the 14" iBook as well. The perspective maybe makes it look bigger, but i can't quite see a widescreen there.

Bad perspective. Look at the width of the FireWire cable and the size of his hand compared to his head. Besides, the keyboard is the same distance away from the edge as on the 14" iBook.
