Pic rotate issue + warp photos

hello. a few times when i go to view my photos, the pics will automatically rotate to the right and not go back. i have to restart the phone and it works. that has only been 2 times so far

the other thing is the other day while taken some pics a few of them came out warped looking, like a fun house mirror.

i know it's has to be a software issue but have not found anyone else with the problems so i thought i would post

It's actually a camera issue. it's the way it takes pictures, there's no shutter but it essentially scans an image.

It's also a bug that's being used for creative fun.
