I've been doing a bunch of scanning of my father's old slides and negatives. It's a huge project and I decided to use Picasa to quickly crop and adjust while having each album syncing to the cloud.
Deep into the project, I saw that I was signed out of google on Picasa. I signed back in and then was signed out again. Then when I tried to sign in, I went through the password, then entering the authenticator code and started getting a "cannot authenticate account" error after the code. It seems like the problem has only increased as I go along.
My photos are being uploaded via Google Photos uploader but those versions aren't modified and I really want the modified versions available in albums.
Does anybody know what is causing this? I've searched around and although I see many instances of people having the problem, I haven't found a definitive solution.
I had stopped using Picasa a while back because I shifted the way I use and edit photos so It's been a while since I used it. And I'm completely confused about why Google is keeping Picasa and Google pho
