I know it’s probably been talked about but I’m not here often so help me out.

I have a XS Max. I get a new model every year and don’t want the large size this year. Just too big and heavy, especially when carrying around 2 phones.

So should I get the 11 or 11 pro? I like the specs on the 11 pro better obviously but I think that the 11 is the perfect screen size. Worried that the 11 pro will be too small. Anyone go from a max and downsized and liked it?

Once you go Max, you neva go back! Hahaa

Unexpectantly, I have been forced to replace my 6S Plus; and I was considering the basic 11. But I'm a photography enthusiast, and decided that I wanted a Pro with the 3rd camera; and I wasn't going to go to the comparatively small regular 11 Pro. So I bought my 11 Pro Max this past weekend.

Go to the store and feel all of them out; your hand will tell you the right answer.

At least the basic 11 is a happy medium size between both of the Pro sizes.

Then, the question is - can you live without the OLED screen?

I did when the X came out, after having the Plus size since the 6 Plus, and haven’t looked back.

Did recent get the XR as a work phone and it is a nice size also. Good compromise.

Still had an XS Max on a test phone, but rarely used it or carried because of the size. Traded it for the 11 Pro also.

Go Max Pro. After using XS Max for 1 year you cant go back. Last 3 iPhones for me have been X, XS, Pro Max. I was never a fan of big phones. The X prepared me for XS Max size as overall size its a tad taller over X.

I had an XS and using the iPhone upgrade program got the standard 11. I don't notice the difference in my day to day. It is a bit bigger than my old but not by alot. I was also worried about giving up the zoom lens and OLED. I have only had the phone since the 20th but so far from my perspective, there isn't $400 worth of difference in the Phones (while 128 GB is fine for me, that isn't a choice in the Pro so would have had to get 256 GB). So to pay off my old XS and keeping would have cost me another $678, that is only $220 less than buying the new 11 with Apple Care. Good luck.
