Somebody noticed that in the online Apple Store UK you can select pick up in store for the Apple watches?? On the DE or FR site this option is not available.

It's allowed me to pick it up from loads of different shops near me which is strange...

Can't locate the Apple Store in the bullring though but can happily choose corner shops...

You can order it to pick up in various stores. It shows that you can pick it up "soon", however according to UK Apple Support, "soon" means "around June". Contacted them yesterday and got that answer.

The option was displayed since the 10th but wasn't enabled until yesterday.

Long time lurker, first time poster, just had to answer this one.

You may have noticed with other UK online retailers, particularly ones like Amazon or that use UKMail (as Apple does in the country), that you can often select a 'Deliver to location' option. A growing network of corner shops and university campuses now offer a parcel service, so you can have it delivered to themif you'll be out of the house and don't want to miss the delivery, or it's just closer to your work, say.

So you're not really getting a pick up from the Apple store in the strictest sense, you're just having the delivery made to a third party.

Thanks for the explanation.
