Hey all, I have a little conundrum that I need some advice. I recently picked up a black macbook (2.4ghz 08 model) on ebay and the seller threw in a 3gs that works but the screen is cracked. I got all this for $450 shipped. I am looking to sell off the 3gs to ultimately get myself a pretty cheap top spec'd black macbook. I have never owned an iphone nor I have I looked at them on ebay. I have seen iphone screen repair auctions on ebay for about $30. I'm assuming my options are:

1.) sell back on ebay as is
2.) get screen repaired and sell

Which avenue would net me most profit from this? Any advice would be appreciated. :)

Repair and sell would probably net you the most profit. You got a heck of a deal!

Cool thanks that's what I'll do then. Would you guys be wary at all of the auctions on ebay to fix iphones? I check the sellers feedback (5000+) and all the ones about the iPhone fixes are positive. I think I might go for that.

I fix broken screens all the time. Only cost like $25 to get the new screen. Then you can sell the phone for about $250-300.

So I got the macbook and phone in the mail today. Turns out the macbook is not the 2.4ghz but the 2.16ghz model. Was kind of bummed about that :(

but. The iphone is a white 16gb model. So I think I'll keep the package :)
