Picked up new iMac locally, can I swap the mouse for the trackpad?

I found my new 27" iMac (the top spec one) locally but imagine my horror when I opened it up and realized that I got the Magic Mouse instead of the track pad (which is what I prefer).

When I was going to do a BTO I had the choice of which of these I wanted. Does anyone know if the store will let me swap the mouse for a trackpad?

Take your receipt and mouse and go to an Apple Store. I had no trouble doing that with mine.
