Picking up a reserved iPhone

I know there are several threads on this, but my situation is a little different. I'm student home from college for the summer and I'm using the money from my summer job to upgrade to iPhone 4. I gave on doing a preorder because it was simply just not working and ended up reserving one to pick up in store. I plan on getting to the store early (about an hour before it opens), are the chances good that I'll actually walk out of the store with my phone, I mean I have the day off from work and can stay at the store all day if I have to
