Ok guys for some reason I can't open pics that has been sent to my email from my iPhone 4s. Is their something that I need to download for me to view the pics?

No, but you might need to download the pictures to your iPhone first. What happens when you try to open a picture in an e-mail?
Nothing happens, it just shows numbers or a question mark in a square box.I can't even download the pics at all.
