Something more advanced than iPhoto.

Dates are added automatically, and you can import events from iCal.

What do you mean by "more advanced" - what are you looking to make that iPhoto won't do for you?

i made a calendar with pages and keynote. made most of it in pages with the poster and flyer template and then brought it over to keynote and did a little more editing on it and it turned out great. made one of my family and sent it to my parents for their bdays this year
