Picture Distortion (Partial Screen) on my new MBPr Jul 2014

This picture distortion intermittently happened on my new macbook pro 15" retina (Jul 2014) within 1 month from bought.
In spite of full screen distortion, only partial of the screen have this issue, please refer to attached image.

Do you guys have the same problem, or is this common? or a software issue or hardware problem? Do I need to find apple's repair centre for help?
