Picture Messaging - on LTE Verizon... Not working

I have noticed today when trying to send a picture text when I am on LTE Verizon network they never go thru, it just sits there and says "Sending".

I shut off LTE and connect either to WiFi or 3G, and they go thru fine. Anyone else out there having this issue?
