Picture noise help

Hey guys I recently bought an iPhone 5s from the eBay, I live in Australia. The only problem with the phone is I cannot turn off the camera noise when I take a photo. Is there any work around to stop the noise. (Btw I know how to use my iPhone did jailbreak my old 3GS)

Are you talking about the shutter sound? If so, it sounds like you might have the Japanese version of the phone (unless there's something similar to that in Australia and/or elsewhere)--the shutter sound can't be disabled in those versions (short of perhaps some jailbreak tweak).
