Picture Request: Notebook and LCD users.

I'm having a brain fart here. I've heard much talk about guys using a 13 or 15 Pro with an external LCD for desktop.

Can you guys post a couple pictures of how you set this up? Are you using an external keyboard and mouse with this? I just can't visualize this...

I just hook up the monitor to my MBP and use it as dual-screen. I don't use an external keyboard, but I do use a wireless mouse more for convenience than anything else.

I have a January/09 UMBP 17, and I run the internal screen alongside an external 22 inch monitor. I use the mini displayport > VGA adapter. I've included 2 quick pictures I just took. Oh, and I do not run in clamshell mode; I generally use both monitors

It's an Acer P221W purchased November/08 originally for use with a netbook. I'll generally have Safari and Mail open on it while I am online gaming.
