Picture Thumbnail on iPhoto/Aperture looks corrupted!

Hey all,

I have no idea what's going on.

If you look at the image above, you'll see that these 2 images look corrupted in the import menu in Aperture (and iPhoto as well I tried). I thought it could be my memory card, but I tried both of mine and it was the same. In addition, I tried another camera and even another cable and it's the same. When I upload my pictures to a PC, it would be alright.

The thing though is, those seemingly corrupted ones are actually NOT corrupted after you import, only the thumbnail preview is.

I thought it would be my Aperture program but iPhoto does it as well.

Please help as I don't really wanna format my Mac

Oh also, the corrupted thumbnail is random too. Sometimes it's this picture sometimes it's the other.
