Hi all,
I'm running Mac OS X 10.6.8 Snow Leopard with iPhoto '09 version 8.1.2. A couple of weeks ago I imported some very important family photos from my digital camera into iPhoto -- I had no problems viewing and editing them. But the next day they were gone -- it's like they disappeared, and I couldn't even find them in iPhoto anymore.
I downloaded iPhoto Library Manager, and as I was in the process of re-building my iPhoto library today, I saw the "lost" pictures re-importing. But now, once again, I can't find them in iPhoto or in my "Originals" folder. The "lost" pictures are from August and the last pictures showing up in iPhoto are from July 28.
Surely this photos are still on my computer -- seems like it's just a glitch in iPhoto or something. Should I update to iPhoto '11 or seek to resolve this problem first? Please HELP -- I am desperate and need these pictures back!!
