Pictures in Messages app on the watch?

I haven't been able to find any info one way or the other on this. Anyone know we'll be able to receive images via the messages app on our watches? It seems like a no-brainer feature, but even the guided tour doesn't show this: http://www.apple.com/watch/guided-tours/

Yes. I tested it myself during the try on. you can click the photo to open it up in full.

I'm also wondering how it will work if someone adds a photo to a shared iCloud album. Will you get a notification and be able to view them on the watch?
