iOS Pictures in RSS Feed?

I see so many apps for blogs like Engadget that all have different pictures from each article that are displayed within the TableView. I have made a blog app or two, and have always wondered about doing this, but my apps pull info from the RSS feed. Do RSS Feeds store images for each article? If so, how and how can you access those?
