With regards to photos, I'm having an issue trying to use photos as wallpaper. When in the chooser for wallpaper, I see my albums listed, but when I choose an album, it shows me just a handful of the photos that are actually in the album.

In the Photos app, the pictures are all there...not missing like the "missing photos bug" in Big Sur. Just when trying to choose them to make it a wallpaper, they are missing in large numbers.

This is from the chooser in Desktop & Screen Saver in system preferences.

Any idea?

How odd. I can see all of my album photos in the Wallpaper chooser, so I wonder if there's something those photos you can't see have in common. Are they in a certain date range or in a format different from those you can see? Is the number of photos you can see for each album in the chooser the same?
