Pictures not showing up in Word

Hi, I have Word X for Mac. And i'm having trouble with a document. The pictures in the image appear with a red X across it. Yet, I copied the same exact file to another machine and it opens fine. It's not image placeholder, because I tried that. Does anyone know what preference I need to check off or uncheck? Thanks
