Pictures Not Showing

Recently, when I ask for a "Picture" for what ever reason on the internet, "Pictures" do not appear. Also, in "Cartoons". About a couple of months ago I reinstalled 'Malware" due to pronographic pictures when I ask for specific pictures. Now I get nothing. I have accomplished First Aid (Via Disk Utilities) on my HDD & ran ONYX. I have El Captian OSS.
