Pictures - Restoring from iCloud - Resuming

Just curious if anyone had any issues with their camera roll restoring from iCloud? I had to take my phone outside of WIFI coverage so it stopped but I brought it back and it seems to be going again. I also noticed the pictures are all out of order.

1 - Will restoring my photos continue when I get back on WIFI without issue?
2 - Will my photos go back in order or is this a bug?
