So the 2020 SE has the same camera module as the 8. But according to Apple, the inclusion of the A13 Bionic processor will improve the photo quality. I was going to start posting some SE pics and see if anyone with an 8 would be down with doing the same to see if there is a difference?

To compare you need to shoot under same conditions. Makes not much sense to compare random user pictures.

but somebody already did the job for you:
 
My Iphone SE definitely takes better pictures than my Iphone 8 Plus (Wide camera on the 8 Plus is the exact same as the regular 8). Better overall Exposure, colour accuracy and dynamic range. Same with the selfie camera as well. The A13 bionic chips computational photography definitely makes a difference when there is good light.
