pictures wont sync >.<

none of my pictures will sync to my 2G iPod touch. i chose the picture folder i want to put on my iPod and i click "apply". it just says "Syncing Austin's iPod". it'll just do that for hours. i have one folder named "Pictures and in the folder there are 18 other folders with pictures. i need help.
