piggyback 2 dock accessories?

Hi everyone,

just bought a new nano to use with my nike+ kit. Thing is, I would like to use my bluetooth dock adapter as well, but obviously I cant use the nike+ in that case.

Im wondering if any eletrical/computer engineers out there can tell me if I could open up both adapter casings, piggyback the pcbs and solder the pins correspondingly?

I found this picture of a dissected nike+ adapter if that helps (havent opened up my bluetooth adapter yet):
