iOS pin and drag drop like google map control

Hi All,

I need to do a UI like a annotation control in google map. like it swelss a bit when touched and draggable and when dropped it shrinks to original size. and this control i want to do in my view, not in a google map control. I would really appreciate any pointers/examples in this regard
