Pinch to the homescreen ,notification center comes down , bug ?

5 finger pinch to the homescreen 3 times out of five the notification center comes down at the same time

And no i make sure. I dont touch the statusbar with my fingers

Anybody else have this problem , it happens at random times

I might need to change the way i get NC with activator . Is that possible ?

Never happens for me, Maybe a restore will fix it?

That has maybe happened once or twice to me, but that's out of hundreds..
