I understand that you want to enable Ping and like to setup your account in Ping. I realize the importance of this issue and I am more than happy to assist you with this issue.
Jarek, in all Tunes Store accounts have Ping turned off; you must choose to turn on the service to begin using Ping. Follow the steps to create a Ping account:
When you sign in to your account, under your name their will be a box "PING new". Click get started tab. Then click on turn on Ping.
Fill all the necessary information o create your profile. Then chose option of "Music I Like". Check for your Privacy setting. After doing all the steps your account will be created.
Follow this steps to edit your Ping profile: After you create a Ping account, you may wish to edit your profile by adding a new profile picture or changing your privacy settings. To edit your profile in Ping, click Edit Profile in your My Profile section. You can change your profile settings at any time.
