I got a new HomePod for Christmas and set up working fine. The one thing I've noticed is when I ask my HomePod to find my iPhone, it pings the phone, but there is not sound unless the ringer is switched on. When my phone is set on silent, it only vibrates when I try to ping through the HomePod.

I've tested it on my apple watch and Find My iPhone and all other methods work and audibly ping with no issues regardless of my ringer set to silent or not. HomePod is up to date on 12.1.1. Is anyone else having this issue?
