Pink mark on every photo - lens scratch??

Every photo I take on my iPhone 13 mini has a bright purple/ pink swiggle.
It ruins every shot.
From what I read a scratch on the lens cover wouldn’t cause this so what could? Is it a software or internal issue that could be covered by the warranty ? It’s very obvious especially when zoomed in.

I'd take it to Apple and have them evaluate it. Looks like something warranty will cover
