Pinnacle Video Capture for Mac advice

I was looking into this Capture Card, to record Xbox 360 gameplay. I have heard mixed reviews about this product,and was wondering if it would get the job done. I am looking to put these on youtube also so will it have good quality?

ya i saw a lot of negative reviews but i went on youtube, and looked at some tests. The quality isn't half bad, but everyone complains about the audio which i do not care about because, im just going to put music in the background
