Pioneer deh-400ub vs Alpine question

I bought this car stereo unit last year which plays, charges and fades out the music when I plug the iPhone into it's usb. It also makes my stock speakers in my suv sound alot better. 1 thing I don't like is how hard it is to control. The buttons are very hard to navigate, etc....It also seems like it takes longer to charge the battery on my 3G S on this unit, but I have heard others say the same thing.

Can anyone recommend an Alpine unit that basically does the same thing as this Pioneer, but something much more user friendly when it comes to the controls?
