PiP keeps disappearing

Is anybody else experiencing this problem (I’m on my iPhone 13 Pro 15.0.2)? Whether it’s Safari or Brave, PiP for Youtube (non-premium) will show up briefly when returning to the home screen and then it’ll just disappear. I vaguely remembering that when I first got the phone last week, it was still working.

Same problem here on iPhone 12 max pro. I have the latest iso. The pip icon will show on a video and it works but when I quit and go back to the same website and video the icon is gone.
