Pirate version of Japanese comic books "Bleach" in App Store

Basically the China-based developers bought the books, scanned pages into pictures then pack each volume into an app and they are selling them for $1.99 each. These comic book apps are not authorized by the original publisher Shueisha ( http://www.shueisha.co.jp ). I don't know what's wrong with the approving process, some awesome apps got rejected and these pirate apps got approved.

Interesting find!
It's not obviously pirated, but (I downloaded it) the images are quite artifacty.
Sadly it's in Chinese.
