Pismo will not boot

I recently bought a Pismo off of ebay. I know it worked becuase I picked it up and It was working then. it didn't some with a power adapter, so I bought this one. now it will not boot, it looks like its not even getting power at all. I am looking for a different G3 PB to test the PowerAdapter on, but before then what do you think the porblem might be.
