I own a macbook pro retina display computer and have one small black dead pixel do I have a reason to worry?
Will my screen go out
 
No, a dead pixel is no indication that the entire panel will fail. It just means that a single transistor for that pixel as failed. If its brand new, see if you can exchange it.
