Anyone else having this issue:
On websites, and different apps, images are slow to load. For instance: I'll go to, say, The Verge and the page will load fine but the images next to articles will be black boxes until they load.
In Android Messages, the gif feature will sometimes be unresponsive when I search for something, like it can't generate any images.
Fandango - takes a long time to generate movies and times for theaters i select.
I don't know if these are all connected but it feels like it is.
