Hi,

Every time my mbp wakes up after a good nap, some areas on the screen will get randomly pixelated (like photoshop's noise filter). Look at the screenshot for details. The funny part is that some of the icons in the top bar will also get pixelated and when I click on them they return to normal mode.

However when I restart the screen looks normal :)

Here is a S/S:

TL;DR:
Problem: Pixelated screen when waking up.
Workaround: Restarting seems to solve the problem

SMC reset?

Then take it to the Apple store.

Ask a mod to move the thread to the correct forum though, the MBP cognescenti will probably be more help than the MP types.
