I have a 2018 MacBook Air 13" that is getting a pixelized screen more and more frequently - twice last month, twice in the last week. It always appears when I open the lid - never while I'm using the MacBook. Once I see it, I shut off the computer and turn it back on and it is okay again. The little "box" in the screenshot below is the cursor which can be moved around. Also attached a screenshot of the specs of my MacBook.

Anybody have ideas what I need to do to resolve this problem before my MacBook becomes unusable?

Thanks.
