Pixelmator 1.5 released; Snow Leopard compatible

Pixelmator is an alternative to Photoshop and other photo editing programs. Pixelmator relies heavily on Core Image technology, so it uses the GPU to do a lot of the photo processing. Today the Pixelmator Team released version 1.5, which has some tweaks, and importantly adds Snow Leopard compatibility (although it does not appear to be 64 bit - at least according to Activity Monitor on my Mac Pro).
