Trying to Cutout a good section of a Damaged photo, flip it and paste it at another location, then soften the edges has not been successful.
Note the attached for an example. In this example, the left side of the face is used to restore the right side of the face. Then move other good section of the photo to restore the rest of the face.
This photo is one I picked off the internet to use as an example.
I cannot find a Turorial or other info to help.
Anyone out there that can help it would be great.
