Does it allow you to plug in any earphones?

The bumper doesn't fit for any of my speaker cables that go into my computer or for the tape player adapter to play in a car.

Also does it fit non apple chargers? The bumper sucks for all of this

And by "all" I mean all ones that would normally fit in the iphone? Or my logitech speaker cable which fits into my computer or any tape player adapter you can get for your car

It all depends on what kind of cable plugs you have. I can't really help you.
Of course the slimmer ones will fit with the PixelSkin case.

Headphones: All of the different brands that I have tried have worked. It has a decent sized opening.

Dock: The dock connector is very large, and should work with almost all of them. It works with my car charger, iHome, and a knockoff Belkin charger.
