Is there a program similar to Pixie for the Mac? http://www.nattyware.com/pixie.html

Pixie basically is a color picker similar to that in photoshop but you can put it over anything and it'll give you the RGB/CMYK values.

Have you seen the Digital Color Meter in the Utilities folder in Applications? I don't think it does CMYK though.
