Same thing here. Latest version 5.3.2. On 4S iOS6.1 jailbroken with evasi0n 1.2.
PKGB launches and starts to load but stops when it gets to voicemails and freezes with a sort of 50% white overlay.
Previous version worked fine and is what I used to restore apps after I jailbroke 6.1. I need to update my 4S to 6.1.1 but can't make a backup until PGKB gets fixed.
