Wtf? I need to bring my phone to apple to replace it for a broken sleep button, so i need to backup and restore, then re-jailbreak after getting the new phone......help?

Wtf? I need to bring my phone to apple to replace it for a broken sleep button, so i need to backup and restore, then re-jailbreak after getting the new phone......help?
1.) it's still the same phone, i'm trying to backup my jailbroken apps {i do it about once a week}. there was just an update for PKGBackup last week, but i backedup right after the update, so i don't *think* it's related to that
2.) all the info is stored in a "contact" in your address book, so it can be loaded by another phone as long as i restore my address book. worked when i went from my 3gs to {this} iphone 4

Are you trying to backup, if so try both Phonebook Contact route as well as the DropBox option. If that fails, uninstall pkgbackup, reboot and install it again.
I believe you may find it impossible to restore from it though.... I have had so much trouble w/ PKGBackup that I uninstalled it.
