Pkgbackup problems

I just purchased and installed and first time I launched it would do nothing..so figured it would need a respring and when I do that phone freezes..alright so though well I must have got a crappy download..so redownloaded and now app opens to load screen and just stays there...I never got the option to scan my packages it only asked if it could use my location...any ideas?

Reboot. If that doesn't work delete the packages and then redownload it. If that doesn't work email the developer (I have in the past and he has always gotten back to me quickly)
