Just upgraded to 4.3.2

Can't get pkgbackup to install, is the repo down?

Nah its a problem with Cydia itself. From Saurik -

Amazon EC2 (which does host the primary Cydia website, purchasing, etc.) is currently experiencing severe issues: nothing I can do but wait.
